Nestling among vineyards, this 3,500 m² property is ideally located just 950 metres from Tahiti/Tropezina beach and close to the Route de Tahiti and the famous Pomme de Pin restaurant.
The property
Welcome to Villa Roselière, a residence completely renovated in 2021 offering 230 m² over 2 floors. With its contemporary architecture and picturesque views over the surrounding vineyards and the Messardière and Saint-Amé castles, this luxurious property is sure to meet your expectations.
Farniente
The villa has been designed for outside living: accessible from the living room, the wide-open bay window leads to a 100m² terrace, all in travertine, with a large dining table under the shade of a hundred-year-old plane tree, followed by a 13m x 5.5m heated swimming pool (with alarm) lined with pretty natural wooden deckchairs. A perfectly maintained lawn covers the garden, which is planted with Mediterranean species. A travertine pathway leads to the pool house and its electric grill. The pergola skilfully filters the sun's rays, playing with light and shade in this dreamlike space.
The living space
The property offers spacious and functional living space. The 80 m² centrepiece includes a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for cooking enthusiasts, as well as a large dining room and living room. The wide picture windows create a harmonious fusion between indoors and outdoors, offering uninterrupted views of the terrace and garden.
Exceptional bedrooms
For optimum comfort, Villa Roselière has 5 tastefully furnished bedrooms. On the ground floor, you'll find 2 bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower room and direct access to the terrace. A 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a laundry area complete this part of the villa, with 2 washing machines and a large tumble dryer. A beautiful natural stone staircase (travertine) leads to the upper floor, where you will find the second sleeping area with 2 bedrooms. The first one, the master bedroom, has a 200x200 double bed and a bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The second has a double bed and its own bathroom with shower and WC. These 2 bedrooms, each with a private balcony, offer rare views of the vineyards, Château de la Messardière and Château de Saint-Amé.
